How is the subscription period calculated?
Your annual subscription to BB School begins once your payment is confirmed and remains active for one full year. Subscriptions are billed annually at the beginning of each renewal period.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30 Days Money-Back Guarantee for new subscribers. If you decide not to continue, you can request a refund within the first 30 days.
Here’s a breakdown of our refund terms:
- Within 30 days: Full refund, minus a 5% credit card processing fee.
- Within 6 months: Eligible for a 50% refund of the original subscription fee.
- After 6 months: No refund will be provided.
- Example: If your subscription starts on 10th March 2025, your 30 days refund deadline would be 9th April 2025.
Important Notes:
- Refunds are processed back to the original credit or debit card used for payment.
- Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be reflected on your card.
- Currently, we only accept credit or debit card payments.
